Appuplabs Technologies LLP ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide. 1. Who is responsible

Appuplabs Technologies LLP is the legal entity that operates the CrewAgent.io brand and is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. Its designated partners are Hardikkumar Kanubhai Borad and Paras Kanubhai Borad. References to CrewAgent.io in this policy mean the CrewAgent product and brand operated by Appuplabs Technologies LLP.

When you request product access, we receive your first and last name, work email address, company name, consent choice, and any optional company size or use case you provide. We also receive any supporting material you choose to share with us. Cloudflare Turnstile processes a short-lived verification token and technical signals such as IP address and browser information to protect the form from automated abuse. We may also receive request metadata for security, reliability, and analytics.

3. How we use the data

We use the information solely to evaluate and fulfill your product access request, communicate with you, protect the request process, and improve our product. We do not sell personal data. We may share information when required by law or with trusted service providers, such as Airtable, that process it on our behalf.

4. Data retention

We retain your information only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete the requested interaction, maintain essential business records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us at privacy@crewagent.io to make a request.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No online system is completely risk-free. Do not include passwords, API keys, access tokens, or unrelated credentials in your use case description.
