Appuplabs Technologies LLP ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide. Appuplabs Technologies LLP is the legal entity that operates the CrewAgent.io brand and is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. The company's directors are Hardik Borad and Paras Borad. References to CrewAgent.io in this policy mean the CrewAgent.io service operated by Appuplabs Technologies LLP.
2. Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive your first and last name, email address, project description, consent choice, and any uploaded brief. Cloudflare Turnstile processes a short-lived verification token and technical signals such as IP address and browser information to protect the form from automated abuse. We may also receive request metadata for security, reliability, and analytics.
3. How we use the data
We use the information solely to evaluate and fulfill your request, communicate with you, protect the intake process, and improve our services. We do not sell personal data. We may share information when required by law or with trusted service providers, such as Airtable, that process it on our behalf.
4. Data retention
We retain your information only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete the requested service, maintain essential business records, resolve disputes, or satisfy legal obligations.
